Prime Minister told the President of the Bundesrat about investment projects in Ukraine
The Prime Minister noted that despite the COVID-19 pandemic and the high attention of the Ukrainian Government to overcoming the consequences of the pandemic, Ukraine is actively pursuing a policy of implementing the reforms.
"The Government has approved almost 100 priority investment projects for the period up to 2023 in energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, tourism and sports, etc. We prove that Ukraine has significant investment potential and is attractive, in particular, for German investors," said Denys Shmyhal.
According to the Prime Minister, last year the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine managed to hold successful tenders for small-scale privatization, and this year the central executive body has a task to attract up to UAH 12 billion from the sale of large-scale privatization objects.
Finally, Denys Shmyhal thanked the German side for its high support of Ukraine, its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
"The support of our reliable partner, Germany, is crucial both to ensure the progress of reforms process and to bringing Ukraine closer to the European perspective," the Prime Minister summed up
